Due to a fall in customer numbers, Cafe Espresso, a coffee shop located in The Coeur d’Alene Resort’s Plaza Shops, was in need of a facelift. To solve this problem, the shop expanded their menu, including healthier options such as protein smoothies and acai bowls, in addition to their current coffee and tea items. The Cafe Espresso logo was adjusted and renewed, the coffee bean bins surrounding the shop were given a visual refresh, new menus and signage were created, and digital advertising inside The Coeur d’Alene Resort encouraged guests to visit.
